We install epoxy coatings in hangars. The aerospace industry has specific needs when it comes to their floors. The industrial flooring must be slip and skid resistant, and it must not absorb water, chemicals, oil or grease. It also needs to be crack, chip and dent resistant. Our epoxy floor coatings and concrete polishing solutions can meet your specific aerospace flooring needs.

Manufacturing

Flooring for the manufacturing industry must be resistant to chips and cracks and solid enough to support heavy equipment, raw materials and finished products. It also needs to be easy to clean and maintain and safe for employees. Our floor coatings offer high traction to limit employee slips and falls. It is resistant to dents, scratching and chipping, and it is easy to clean. Our epoxy coatings simply need to be scrubbed. They do not need to be stripped or waxed, and the coatings last for years.

Pharmaceutical

When it comes to the pharmaceutical industry, we offer epoxy floor coatings and cementitious urethanes that are extremely resistant to chemical spills. Our floor coatings are resistant to etching, and they do not absorb chemicals, water or other liquid substances. The floors are also sealed and smoothed so that powders and gritty substances do not become stuck in the pores of the concrete, creating contamination hazards.

Industrial Complex Flooring Solutions

Depending on your specific needs, we offer a wide variety of industrial flooring and epoxy coatings to increase the lifespan and durability of your concrete floors. Two of our most popular coating options are epoxy and polyurethane. Both of these options protect your floors from chemical and water spills and are resistant to denting, cracking and chipping. They also reflect light, reducing the need for additional light fixtures.

Epoxy flooring offers safety, durability and cost effectiveness. Polyurethane coatings offer UV stability, unparalleled scratch resistance and better chemical spill protection.

Concrete Polish Installation

Concrete polishing involves grinding down the top layer of the concrete to remove blemishes and other imperfections in the concrete floor surface. Any seams or joints between slabs must be cut and cleaned before being filled with a joint filler to create a smooth transition between slabs. Chemicals to harden the surface of the concrete are also used to ensure the surface is resistant to foot traffic, machinery and forklifts.

At this point, stains or concrete coatings can be applied to give the floor a specific color or pattern.

The concrete is then polished further by using increasing higher resin grits. The resin grits can polish from 400 to 3,000 grit depending on the level of reflection desired. Finally, the floor is burnished to lock in the polish.
