Who we are

Lee Davis – President

Originally from Columbia, SC, Lee attended Spartanburg Methodist College and Clemson University. He began his floor coating career in Greenville, SC as an outside sales representative. After transferring to Charlotte, NC in 1995 he continued as an independent representative in the floor coating industry. In 2004 he was asked to help launch Liquid Floor Systems, Inc. with his partner Joe Lollis.

Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is an active member of Carmel Baptist Church where he leads a Wednesday children’s class.

Joe Lollis – Vice President

Born and raised in Piedmont, SC, Joe began his career in the chemical manufacturing industry. Using his knowledge from the chemical business Joe co-founded a floor coating company in 1989, which he helped grow to a multi-million dollar operation. Looking to further his knowledge and expand into new markets he decided to start a new company that would allow him to run the operations to be more service and customer oriented.

Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and grandchildren. When he is not spoiling his grandkids he is busy keeping Liquid Floor Systems, Inc. running smoothly.

Chad Lollis – Operations Manager

Born and raised in Piedmont, SC, Chad began his career in the coating industry installing floors for his dad on weekends, summers and holidays at the age of 14. He continued to install floors while attending USC. His full time career in the coating business began in 1996 when he began leading crews and installing floors full time. Chad has been instrumental in the start of Liquid Floor Systems, Inc. by building the installation side of the business from the ground up. Once Chad had developed the installation of the business he transferred into sales for Liquid Floors.

Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is an active member of Marathon Community Church.

Seth Lilly - Sales Representative

Seth began his career with Liquid Floor Systems as an outside sales rep. in the spring of 2010. Seth has over a decade of sales experience, and has a natural gift when meeting and working with our clients. He possesses a passion for going the extra mile to make sure your flooring needs are met.

Born and raised in Charleston, WV, college brought him to upstate South Carolina where he met his wife and she has kept him here! Seth will tell you that the Lord has blessed him in all areas of his life including a beautiful wife and son. They are members at Marathon Community Church in Powdersville, SC. In his free time, Seth enjoys spending time with family and friends, and pulling for his beloved Mountaineers on game day.
